A bridge between two struggling thoughts. A bridge between two distinct cultures. A bridge between two heavy hearts. It is a bridge that connects who you were with who you are with who you will be. It is a bridge as close to you as your breath and as far away from you as it must be to keep you safe and sane. It is a bridge that at some point in our lifetimes we all must cross.

Now imagine this magic coming alive, not in bricks or mortar but in colorful strokes-Bridges. This was one topic that always held his fascination. So much so that he couldn't hide his affair with the bridges for long. His passion forced him to put them down through his strokes and show the world what they hold in them. From a first class graduate civil engineer to a master at oil and acrylic, Koushal Choudary has come a long way. Around 30 paintings in oil and acrylic on canvas show the progress of bridges from historical to the high-tech contemporary era. With subjects like 'Bridge on the Nile River', 'Egypt', 'Euphrats-Babylon', 'Setu-Samudra (Ramayana)', 'Great Causeway', 'Verrazano', to the latest flyover in Delhi at Daula Kuan, Kaushal has compiled them together in his "BRIDGE-SCAPES". Defining the most deficient thing in the world, TIME, his illustrations depict the importance of bridges in shortening distances and saving time. In semi-abstract form, his imagination and few of his experiences fueled these illusions. 'A day will come when the world will paint the bridges as my creation in Bridge-S capes' says the earnest artist thoughtfully.

As an engineer, he was involved in construction of many bridges. And as an individual also he has played a bridge between two hearts many a times (his paintings 'BBK & Shikpa' show him playing a catalyst).

Started his career as a Project Engineer, executed Soil investigation and designed Raja Garden fly-over in New Delhi and the journey carried to different parts of the country and stopped at 'Krishangarh' fly over in Rajasthan. That was the birth of an artist. Thereon, the quest for his passion took Kaushal Choudary to places. This time not as an engineer but as a professional artist.
